RIPPLE WORLD PICTURES was founded in Ireland by Jacqueline Kerrin and Dominic Wright in 2007. In 2010 RIPPLE WORLD PICTURES (UK) was established in London to handle UK productions and in 2013 RIPPLE WORLD DISTRIBUTION was established to handle the distribution of select Ripple and third party product on theatrical and other distribution platforms in Ireland.
In addition to developing and producing its own film and television projects, Ripple acts as Co-Producer and Executive Producer on selected incoming features and TV drama to the UK and Ireland. The team at Ripple works closely on all aspects of projects, from script development, to attaching talent, crewing, and arranging financing through national and regional funding bodies, distributors, broadcasters, private equity and fiscal incentives. Ripple also focuses on all aspects of marketing and distribution of projects to ensure maximum exposure and commercial success.

Prior to forming Ripple Dominic produced numerous award winning film and tv series throughout his career. Films include The Daisy Chain (2008), El Juego Del Ahorcado (2008), Small Engine Repair (2006), Song For A Raggy Boy (2003) and On The Nose (2000). Television includes the series Damage (2007), Proof 1&2 (2004-5). Before that he worked with financier Film Trustees where films included The Crying Game, The Sheltering Sky and Naked Lunch. Other credits include El Pajaro De La Felicidad, Beltenebros, Innisfree and the series A Week In Politics for Channel 4.
Dominic is a member of the Irish Film and Television Academy, the European Film Academy, a former Board member of Screen Producers Ireland, and completed the ACE program 2011/12. Dominic is a graduate of Oxford University where he graduated with a BA (hons) in English.
Prior to founding Ripple, Jacqueline spent twelve years working in marketing for some of the media industry’s most respected companies including Australia’s commercial TV channel Nine Network Australia, the leading magazine publisher Australian Consolidated Press, and in the international television sales and distribution arm of Canadian producer Cineflix.
Jacqueline is a member of the Irish Film and Television Academy and the European Film Academy, and is a graduate of the EAVE producer’s programme 2012, and a graduate of Griffith University, Brisbane, Australia where she studied for her Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing).
Marie-Claire joined Jac and Dom at Ripple in 2010. She works across all projects from development through to distribution including driving their placement in co-production markets and film festivals.
Marie-Claire is an associate producer of the supernatural thriller House of Shadows and has coordinated the marketing and distribution of comedy sci-fi Earthbound in Irish multiplex cinemas.
Prior to Ripple, Marie-Claire worked in the finance and architectural design sectors. Marie-Claire graduated from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia, with a Bachelor of Arts (Film and Television, Art history), and attained a Masters of Landscape Architecture from University College Dublin, Ireland.
